Directions (how to use as a face mask):

Mix equal parts of the face mask with water, almond milk, or honey (depending how thick you want your face mask to be).

Stir the mixture around in a bowl or cup until it has an even texture.

Apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Remove the mask using water, a hot towel, and or your hands to wash off the mask.

Directions (how to use as a body scrub):

Mix two to three table spoons of the face mask powder with your favorite soap (bar soap, liquid soap).

Use the mixture as you would your regular soap.

Lather your body with the soap, or soak in your tub for at least 15 minutes to get the full benefits of the body wash. 

Rinse the soap off dry your body off.
